The People and the Work of Scarlet Hope
Scarlet Hope is made up of men and women. We come from different churches. We have different talents and gifts. But we have each been called by God and empowered to use what He’s given us to join in His work through this ministry (1 Cor 12). Below is an overview of each of our Teams and links to more detailed descriptions.
Outreach Team:
Scarlet Hope has teams of women who deliver a home cooked meal every single week to women and men in the strip club’s in Louisville’s surrounding area. We serve between 250-300 on any given week of dancers, bouncers and managers. After serving the dancers food, we eat and talk with them, building trust and friendships.
Another part of our delivery team is a group of women that provide pampering services to dancers in the strip clubs. We do hairstyling, make-up, manicures, pedicures, etc. for 50-80 dancers weekly. While working, we listen and talk with them, building trust and friendships.
Quarterly Trainings are held and the next one will be January 18th 7p.m. – Sign up under the events section of our website
Cooking Team:
Our Cooking Team is a group of 50+ men and women who provide our meals. Each Team Member purchases, prepares, and delivers their portion of the meal to a central location so that the Outreach Team can bring it to the clubs.

Resources:
Adequate resources are must. Resources such as education, counseling, housing, transportation are just a few of the many resources this ministry needs. Prayer Team:
Prayer is the foundation, backbone, and lifeblood of Scarlet Hope. We believe that God-led, God-filled ministry is not possible if we are not each continually in relationship with Him through Bible study, prayer, and obedience. But we also believe that God is calling specific individuals to commit to regularly intercede for the people involved in and touched by Scarlet Hope. These individuals make up our Prayer Team and we are eternally grateful for their faithful work!
